Ahem.
Boy these brand spankin’ new plasma TV’s look like SHIT with an analog signal. At least that’s what I assume is going on. I watched SF’s Dead movie marathon and the aliasing was horrendous. Well so were the movies. A thousand channels and all I can find to watch is Night of the Living Dead 3 and you people wonder why I won’t pay for cable or satellite!
Oddly, the movies have made me think about the definition of humanity. If someone behaves in a kind, good, calm, way, of use to his fellow man simply because he will be rewarded - that's not humanity. An animal can be trained to do that. I'm thinking of Bub in Day of the Dead or whateverthehell that movie was. While in Night of the Living Dead 3 - the girl shoved lots of nails and things into her flesh in order to defeat the severe hunger so that she wouldn't eat her boyfriend. She made great sacrifice for the benefit of others. This is humanity.
